parts for mouse and joystick

I was thinking about getting teensy++ 2.0 or 2.0 to make a mouse and joystick.

Can teensy act as a mouse, keyboard, joystick at the same time?

Any suggestions of where to look for the optical mouse sensor, wheel and buttons ?

I found this for an optical sensor but is retired, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10105 .

I was thinking these for buttons https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10302

I could not find anything that might work for a mouse wheel.

Thought about taking a mouse apart but not sure which is easiest.

http://www.adafruit.com also had some parts that might work.
