ARM math library for Teensy 3.0.

Hi Paul,

in the list of changes for Teensyduino 1.15rc1 it says:
* Add ARM math library for Teensy 3.0.

What does it mean and how can sketches profit from it?
Would it be possible to simplify or accelerate certain calculations?
