Forum suggestion, new section on IDEs

Add new section to forum, named something like

Programming Tools and Alternative IDEs

Would help a lot as we have scattered discussions, tips, how-to's as of now, on IDEs like Eclipse, Visual Micro, Qt, emBlocks, ...

+1 I had suggested this a while back as well (I know that a "+1" should be all that's needed but the forum software complains about a too short message ;-)
