Hey guys, I'm working with the watchdog timer and It seems to work fine when running off of USB power but locks up the board when using an external power supply on Vin pin. Any ideas on how to fix this?

* Update: The watchdog timer was working fine. It seems that a relay in my circuit would create a reverse voltage that would send the teensy into a locked state due to the reset caused by the watchdog timer.
