Teensy 3.1 without micro USB connector -- am I out of luck?

Thanks to some ham-handed handling on my part, my Teensy 3.1 board and the micro USB connector have gone their separate ways, never to be reunited (it would seem).

What can I still do with my Teensy 3.1, other than making it part of a stylish piece of jewelry, or embedding it in a clear acrylic block as an example of early 21st Century technology?

Don't worry: your are not the first and surely not the last of the connector-less Teensy 3 owners!
