ov7670 w/o fifo and Teensy 3.1 - Need Teensy 3.1 to output clock of 8,16 or 24mhz

Hello,

I need to generate an output clock of 8mhz from the Teensy 3.1 to the ov7670. Is this done using the MCG(Multipurpose clock generator)?
