I'm getting ready to fab the PCBs for the Dancing LEDs controller based on Teensy 3.1 and the nRF8001 BLE chip. I've attached the schematics and would love some feedback. I can also provide instructions on how to breadboard the design if there is any interest in DIY smart phone controlled Christmas lights.
This dedicated RGB LED driver board was designed to be 100% Teensy 3.1 compatible and support the OctoWS2811 library driving our 12V Dancing LEDS (aka Pixabulb) strings. I've also provisioned the design to support a future OctoWS2801 library and work with either 5V or 12V light strings.
