in my system, it's correct wired, it work right with so many examples, I tried Teensy 3.1 + WS2812 + Adalight LEdstream.
By Adafruit it will flash, and all led stop until a signal will is in the USB connection.
Really, now all leds are fixed, but it do not run.
Someone may help me?
In the Ledstream I have set all for Teensy, there is something to modify.
Can it work together?
