Did this project during Jan 2014 because employer's widgets was having weirdness in customers' installations (stuff that goes into combiner boxes in big PV farms).
Measures PV voltage and current (upto to 1250V and 55A), several logic-level signals, analog interface to pyranometer, and records to an SD. Designed for 1500Vdc galvanic isolation from sensors to DC bus to exposed metal. To gather trouble-shooting data, customer can suck the data out of serial or extract the SD card. Most of the time they just remove the little box and return it.
