EA DOGS104W LCD Display

I'm trying to use this display EA DOGS104W which is based on the SSD1803 chip.
I did verify I'm getting CLK, DATA, RESET and CS signals to the pins shown on the schematic.
The display doesn't show anything. I attached the Arduino file and a schematic . Is there anything I'm missing?
