My latest Teensy project is a standalone accumulating current meter using the TI INA219 "high side" current/power monitor chip. I built it to analyze and optimize the time-varying power utilization of battery-powered devices. Here's a photo of it in operation watching the current use of my wireless temperature sensor (which of course also uses a Teensy):
