Command line Teensy 3.2 Loader, for Windows?

Hi,

Referencing the page at http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/loader_cli.html it seems there isn't support yet for a command line teensy 3.2 loader for Windows (I'm guessing the 3.2 would be the same as the 3.1, which isn't supported according to the page).
Is there plans within PJRC for this, or has anyone done this on the side? Or is there some blocking problem happening? (And, please, no "Windows itself is a problem" comments please ;))

Paul multiple times stated that he is not developing further loader_cli.c (he is doing some minor fixes)
I posted some time ago my own loader_cli that runs on windows

of course you can use Koromix TyQt programs (search this forum) he just released V0.7.0
