Adafruit Cap Touch (FT2606), 2.8" TFT (ILI9341) Display

Can I assume that this display will work as a drop in replacement for the PJRC 2.2" TFT but with capacitive touch?

And thus it will work with Pauls optimized library?

Thanks. Any idea where to get the raw display used in that Adafruit shield? I've just designed a PCB that loses all the 3V3 <---> 5V buffering needed for an arduino UNO.

I'm working on a PCB for the 3.2" version:

Though it uses a different touch chip...
