Project Video:"The Groove Modulator" Stomp Box with Teensy, Audio Adaptor and ESP8266
Hi Teensy community!
I'd just like to post a few videos of my latest Teensy audio/ music project. It's a Wifi/ OSC stomp box using the audio library. So far it has two FX, a simple tremolo and a kind of "auto wah" using the resonance filter and modulate it's corner frequency by a sine wave. The speed of the modulation relates to a tempo set in BPM. It can also do double time and sub divisions according to the BPM value. Via Wifi (access point) it can connect to a PC with a DAW or TouchOSC on an e.g. iPhone. So it can be synchronized to a DAW's Midi-Beat Clock or remote controlled by a touch device.
The first two videos show a simple bass performance using either effect, synchronized wirelessly to a drum beat from Logic Pro. The third and longer video explains the Groove Modulator's features.
