auto upload - is it possible to always upload code and not use reset button?

hi I would like to find out if is possible to upload code to teensy and not use reset button?
in teensyduino I use auto load mode, but unfortunatelly it is not working all the time,
I have a problem as I hide one of my teensies into enclosure and don't want to open
this to load the sketch, it was working usally but lastly I have a problem to
use auto load in teensyLC and 3.2,

is it possible to set it in permanent auto load in teensyduino
or something to let me use autoload more frequently
and do not disasseble my housing?

The reprogram (not reset) button is only needed if the program crashes, as then it does not respond to PC commands.
Only option you have is to add wires to program and ground pin and if you need button press, you connect them (simulating button press) outside your enclosure.
obviously a switch is useful
