PS2 Keyboard Library & Teensy 3.1 compatability

All,
Evening. Just a quick question regarding PS2 keyboard library and Teensy 3.1.

1. Before I go through the trouble of pulling my hair out with this... is the PS2 keyboard Library compatible with T3.1?

I see that T3.0 will work, but would like to know if there's compatibility like most libraries are between T3.0 & T3.1/3.2.

2. A Clock Pin was shown in the ps2 plug picture... is this the same as the the system (SCK) clock or something totally different?
