Sd: Use_teensy3_optimized_code

Hi,

I have problems understanding the option USE_TEENSY3_OPTIMIZED_CODE in SD_t3.h.
If I uncomment the option in a Teensy 3.2 + Audioboard project everything compiles fine.
In a Teensy 3.6 Project if I want to use the BUILTIN_SDCARD I get

error: 'BUILTIN_SDCARD' was not declared in this scope

Is the option only for Projects that use the SD Card on the SPI bus?

Correct, USE_TEENSY3_OPTIMIZED_CODE in SD_t3.h currently only supports SPI and read-only access to the SD card. It was written before Teensy 3.5 & 3.6 were made and hasn't been updated.
