I went and connected 3.3V to the pin and the board works. On closer examination of the board, it looks like the USB connecter is canted some, is it enough to cause this issue, I'm not sure. I'll have to cut up a USB cable and see
I just received my Teensy 4.1-NE (without Ethernet) and it seems to be DOA. When plugged into a USB cable there's not any lights, I expected a blinking light.
