    PT8211 Audio Kit for T4

no smoke, just immediately really hot with or without load.. possibly they're ok: looking at this thread, seems like the software side isnt as trivial as i thought. also they're soic "PT8211-H", which i havent seen on the datasheets.

    PT8211 Audio Kit for T4

sorry to hijack. my teensy4.0 is happy with its PCM5102, but i've been trying to get PT8211 working on some other boards & they keep burning up. Are they 5v tolerant? datasheet says: power supply 3-6v, digital input high level max=VCC, digital input low level max = 1.8v, Input voltage max =...

I got my pcm1808 all wired up.. but no joy. did you have to change PassThroughStereo or FilterFIR at all? [edit] ah, right.. saw you were having problems too...

    Teensy 4.0 I2S Support

thanks- I got volume working with the 'amp' codeblock. "PLL mode", eh? my crackling was solved by grounding the dac's SCL- could imply something off with teensy4 mclk1? . ordering up a couple of PCM18.. i2s adc modules to hopefully finally get the full audio processing machine i've been hacking...

    Teensy 4.0 I2S Support

zelda and guitar sketches sounding great via my PCM5102 module! listing some DAC schematics/options would make folks happy when they realize t4 has no audio pins or usb midi yet & doesnt work with their audio shields. :) has anyone tried SPDIF?
