    cannot set Teensy RTC time

Thanks! That is better than my version. Would like to add the reason why my code didn't work: I was working on the file in the Arduino library directory, which is read-only. The code works once I copy it to another folder.

    cannot set Teensy RTC time

No it is not - I followed the instruction in the Sticky post. I came across that post before but it is irrelevant. Yet, thanks anyway. I figured it out that the serial command should start with a capital T, i.e. "T1634734422" . I am keeping this post in case someone faces the same issue.

    cannot set Teensy RTC time

Testing the example code TimeTeensy3; the initialization and time display works well. The serial port is returning the system time with a few seconds delay, presumably due to the compiling time. However, when I want to adjust the RTC time, either by using the serial command "t1634734422" or...

    Teensy programmer time out

The problem seems solved. The changes I made was 1. Disconnecting the USB power by cutting the bottom side contact. 2. Connecting a 5V external power supply. 3. Adding a crystal clock. (I think this is irrelevant.) The root cause could be I am pulling too many devices with the USB power, so...

    Teensy programmer time out

Thanks for replying. There is no Antivirus software installed on that PC. I have done tests to upload the blink.ino with Arduino IDE. The IDE output and log file are attached. Note that the IDE reports failure at 16:19:49.274, but the "reboot OK" shows up at 16:19:54.680. Oddly, even though...

    Teensy programmer time out

I experienced a programming (rebooting) failure problem on a PC, while the same Teensy and USB cable work fine on other computers. Pressing the reset button occasionally helps (see detailed below). I notice that the rebooting response on Teensyduino always comes a few seconds AFTER the...
