    Teensy 3.0 Analog Comparator Interrupt

Nope. I had no luck on that. Gave up trying. Sorry! Hope someone manages to pick up on this and can solve the problem.

    Custom Teensy 3.0 Board

Thanks! Looks like I can do without the diodes and ferrite inductors. Hopefully I can get a custom board to work. Will provide my feedback here again when I get the pcb and parts.

    Custom Teensy 3.0 Board

Great info. Thanks Paul! On a side note, I posted the same question in another thread, what about the ferrite inductors? How to I go about choosing them? Are their positions critical (as in they need to be close to certain components)?

    A few schematic questions

Did you have any luck figuring out the inductance for the ferrite inductors? I am making my own board too..

    Custom Teensy 3.0 Board

Hi guys, I am in the process of making my own teensy 3 pcb design. I noticed 2 dual schottky diodes in the schematic. Are there any specific part numbers for it so that I won't buy the wrong one? Cheers, Kian

    T3: linking libarm_cortexM3l_math.a

Thanks Paul! I am still facing a problem here. I followed your instructions and deleted my Arduino and Teensy program, doing a fresh install of Arduino and Teensyduino. I have no errors in the verbose. However, when I try to run my program for FFT, get this error: fatal error: arm_math.h: No...

    T3: linking libarm_cortexM3l_math.a

Sadly, its still not working for me. This is what I did: 1. Download libarm_cortexM4l_math.a from the internet and copy it to my arduino folder, into a new 'lib' directory located at: Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/hardware/arduino/lib/ 2. Download Arduino 1.5.2. Copy...

Does anybody get Teensy 3 working with NRF24L01+?

Yes, you just need to swap the numbers in the variables "this_node" and "that_node". I don't think you should have a problem with the range of the modules. I have tested them and they work up to more than 10m. My results so far are pretty consistent and fairly reliable. I don't have the issue...

    T3: linking libarm_cortexM3l_math.a

I think I know what is wrong. The CMSIS folder is found in the Arduino 1.5.2 distribution only. So I have to copy it and paste it into my Arduino 1.0.5 distribution.

    Teensy 3.0 Analog Comparator Interrupt

Anyone had any luck using the analog comparator on teensy3? I am still hoping to solve it. Cheers, Kian

Thanks for the clarification. But I still can't find the CMSIS folder. Hmm, maybe Paul might be able to advise where it is if he happens to read this thread.

Does anybody get Teensy 3 working with NRF24L01+?

Hi Ben, I am using this nrf24l01 chip: http://imall.iteadstudio.com/wireless/im120606002.html And the connecting to my teensy3 is as follows: Teensy3 -> nrf24l01 Gnd 1. GND VCC 2. VCC Pin 9 3. CE Pin 10 4. CSN Pin 13...

    T3: linking libarm_cortexM3l_math.a

Yes, I did read your previous post. My problem is it seems like the arduino directory structure is quite different between mac and linux. On my mac, the arduino folder is organized as follows: Arduino/Contents/Resources/Java/hardware/arduino/... I basically don't see any sam or CMSIS folder...

Does anybody get Teensy 3 working with NRF24L01+?

I got mine to work with the Teensy3. I am basically using the library RF24Network (https://github.com/maniacbug/RF24Network). Just comment out all the printf related commands in the library files and it works like a charm. I got one to send and another to receive. It should be straight...

Hi guys, Seems like some interesting work here. I am interested to try out FFT too in my project. However, this discussion seems all too confusing for me. I am running Mac OS 10.7.5, using Arduino 1.0.3 with Teensy loader 1.14 ( I installed the latest version but it appears as version 1.07 when...

    ToneAC library with Teensy3

Thanks Paul for the quick response. I had the impression that I need 2 PWM pins on the microcontroller in order to create a "AC" signal. How different is this code you have written?? I presume that it would only give 50% volume right? Cheers, Kian

    ToneAC library with Teensy3

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has used the toneAC library for Arduino on the Teensy3. The library requires specific pins on different microcontrollers so I am not even sure if it would work on the Teensy3. Cheers, Kian

    Pre-programmed MINI54 chip

I am interested in designing my own customized PCB for a project that is based on the Teensy3.0. It was mentioned in an earlier thread that the there is possibility of a pre-programmed MINI54 chip to be sold on the PJRC website. Any news on that? Otherwise, can anyone give some insights on how...

    Teensy 3.0 Analog Comparator Interrupt

I was fiddling around with some codes, reading on the forum about how others use ISR in their codes. I tried the codes below and the program compile without errors. However it only uploads if I press the reset pin on the Teensy and I can't monitor serial messages because it doesn't detect the...

    Teensy 3.0 Analog Comparator Interrupt

There were some discussion about using alternate pin functions. CORE_PIN13_CONFIG = PORT_PCR_MUX(0); CORE_PIN14_CONFIG = PORT_PCR_DSE | PORT_PCR_MUX(2); Why are are doing a logic OR with PORT_PCR_DSE?

    Teensy 3.0 Analog Comparator Interrupt

I was reading the datasheet and found out that the analog comparator input pins are 11 and 12 for comparator 0, and pins 23 and 9 for comparator 1. I need to use both comparators and also SPI at the same time. Its seems to be getting more complicated. I might need to use the other SPI on pin 7...

    Teensy 3.0 Analog Comparator Interrupt

Hi all, I am would like to setup the analog comparator interrupt on teensy 3 but I can't seem to find any tutorials or sample codes to help me get started. Anyone can provide some pointers? I tried looking at the data sheet but its too difficult to understand. Thanks in advance. Cheers

    Teensy 3 Encoder Lib

Hi all, Sorry for deviating from the discussion a bit. I tried to use the Encoder.h library with Teensy3, making modifications to util/direct_pin_read.h as suggested by Paul. The program compiles without errors and sort of works but not very reliably. I am using a standard mechanical rotary...

    Teensy SPI CS Pins

On the Teensy Pin Assignment diagram, I see several CS pins (CS0, CS1, CS2 and CS3). Does it mean that only these pins can be used to connect to other Slave devices? Or they all share the same signal?

Teensy3 regular sampling with ADC using interrupt

Hi all, I am working on a project to record sound from a microphone. I need to setup the ADC (12 bit resolution) to sample at fix regular intervals, preferably at a minimum sampling rate of at least 8000 samples/sec. In addition, I need to save the samples into either external flash memory or...
