Clock Signals (fM,SH,ICG) Output (SH,OS) Any Idea why i cannot read any values?

Hi everyone, i'm also trying to replicate it on a breadboard but i cannot manage to get any signal on OS pin. I've checked the clock signals with a logic analyzer and all seem to be good. All values i'm reading are at 3600. Is it possible i got a faulty sensor? @Madaeon: what did you change...

Normally when i connect the teensy to usb i can see a serial port in the arduino ide. Now nothing shows up and the leds on the board are dark. Is there a possibillity that the bootloader is defect? Can i do something to restore it?

I've tried it on both systems: windows 7 and osx mavericks. On windows the Serial port menu is grey and not accessible, on osx there are just the tty.bluetooth ports. There is no serial port found when i attach the Teensy to USB. Is it bricked or complete defective? I cant explain this because...
