24 pin header for Teensy 3.5/3.6 plus audio board?

Does anyone have ordering info for a 24 pin header with long pins? I want to permanently join a Teensy 3.5 with an audio board, and would like the header to have longer pins so they are not crowded.

I'm hoping to locate something like the 14 pin double insulator header in the PJRC Store,(https://www.pjrc.com/store/header_14x1_d.html)

but with 24 pins to cover the entire footprint of the Teensy 3.5.

I found that the 3M 929 series of headers come in a variety of dimensions that are well documented in their data sheet. For headers with a 0.235" (5.97mm) contact length, there are 7 different "height" dimensions available, ranging from 0.110" (2.79mm) to 0.910" (23.11mm). These are available in gold and tin. Here's how to find them on digikey.com:

apply these search filters:

Manufacturer: 3M
Series: 929
Connector Type: Header
Shrouding: Unshrouded
Number of Positions: 24
Mounting Type: Through Hole

The resulting table of items does not show the pin height (AKA "tail length"). To get that dimension, look at page 3 from the PDF link from any of the table rows to find the part number scheme that includes the tail length (dimension "B" in Table 1). For myself, I got 3M part number 929834-05-24-RK, which is tin, 0.235" contact length, 0.610" tail length, 24 pin, with a little extra tin plating.

These headers don't have the double insulator I mentioned, but I think they'll work perfectly for what I want to do.

Can you join the audio board with Teensy 3.5/3.6 like that?
I thought the pins were mismatched.

I've already used the headers I described and they do work well. If you line up the ground on the Audio Adapter (Signals to Teensy: https://www.pjrc.com/store/teensy3_audio.html) with the ground on the Teensy near the USB connector (Teensy 3.5 Pins: https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/pinout.html), then the boards connect perfectly. The last 10 pins on each header extend beyond the Audio Adaptor, but that's OK. The first 14 pins on either side are the same as the pins on the Teensy 3.2. The extra pins on The Teensy don't need to connect to the Audio Adapter.
