Analog read is not sensitive

Hello everyone, when i plug my potentionmeter to teensy and recieve serial data over usb i see that the value jumps from about 950's to 1023 after that turning the potentiometer more is futile. It stays same, 1023. However when I plug that potentiometer to my arduino uno and do the same steps i can clearly operate the potentiometer.I mean I dont experience any jumping issues. How can I solve this problem or is something wrong with my teensy 3.1?

My fault I plugged to 3.3v pin and problem solved. First I plugged that to Vin(3.7 to 5.5 volts pin). But I didnt understand why did it happen. I mean value jumps from 900 to 1023 when you reach the end of the pot.
