ARM + bootloader only

We're interested in putting the ARM chip from the current version of the Teensy 3.1 on our own board (project is www.photosynq.org, the device is called the MultispeQ), but use Paul's bootloader. I was under the impression taht we could buy this from PJRC but wasn't sure how or where. We've bought a lots (hundreds) Teensys over the last few years for several different projects (from 2++ to 3.1) and on our next iteration we're moving to a new form factor which requires a change.

Any ideas on if/how to buy the ARM + bootloader from PJRC?
