Audio Adapter I2S trace length

I am planning to integrate a Teensy 4.1 and Audio adapter board in a test fixture project.

Normally, the audio adapter pcb is mounted directly above (or below) the 4.1 on header pins.

I want to be able to connect to audio line in and line out without directly on the main PCB.

Will the added length of the circuit traces (as shown) be an issue for the I2S ?

I am looking at a trace length of about 850mils

Make sure you've got a continuous ground-plane for the signals return currents, otherwise looks feasible to me. I'd make the signal buses top-side, ground plane on underside. That's compatible with SMT components.

Probably would be a 4 layer board
