Boot loader blinks 9 times

A little update:
  • Checked all the voltages, 3v3 and 5v seems to be ok
  • No shorts to ground on the bootloader's PTB05
  • Program button works ok and it has 3v3
  • Tried several times the hard reset (holding the program button 15 seconds and releasing). The LED gets steady on for a while and then gets back to the blinking, the port doesn't appears on the IDE.
  • Tried a different board with the cable and works fine.
  • Tried a different module on the same carrier board and works fine.
Seems like the bootlader or the iMXRT got stucked somewhere and cannot get back from it. There's no sign of damage in the board. I don't know what else I can try actually. @Paul any thoughts?
 
This issue happened to my Teensy 4.1 today. It's not the first time but now it's permanent. Tried different cables, different power sources (PC, phone charger).

When trying the restore procedure, the restore process starts (connected the board with the button pressed, the red LED was off for some time, then it blinked once and stayed on for 30 s) then it starts blinking 9 times again.
