Cannot install teensyduino onto arduino GUI 2.3.6

I just installed Arduino 2.3.6 onto my windows11 box. In Files/Preferences the "Additional Boards Manager URLs" does nothing. I cannot tell if it is greyed out, because everything is the same color, and other items work.

Windows11 is up to date.

How can I install teensyduino?
 
It turns out that the "Additional Boards Manager URLs" is just a label for the actual icon, which is on the far right of the dialog box, and uses an icon that means "copy to clipboard" elsewhere.
So this is resolved. On to the next issue (new post)....
