CFAL368448A0-0193DW smartwatch display for Teensy 4.1

I am looking for a good smartwatch display that works with Teensy 4.1. The CFAL368448A0-0193DW looks like a good display but they don't have any official drivers or sample code for the Teensy. Has anyone used it before with Teensy? Are there any unofficial drivers or sample code?
 
Well, either way it could be considered reasonable sample code. All the commands are there, you just need to rewrite it to get rid of the direct atmega port access, e.g. use either digitalWrite to set individual pins or write a driver that uses the Teensy's SPI hardware in QSPI mode.
 
I have seen many 240x240 displays online. Before I get one I would like to know if there any good higher resolution ones that could relatively easily be used with Teensy.
