Code for Joystick or Gamepad With Accelerometer?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for code that will allow me to create a joystick or gamepad through combining of a Teensy 3.1, a ADXL-335 accelerometer, and buttons.

I'm more than willing to switch accelerometers if someone has code that will work with another option.
