Compile Error "arm-none-eabi-g++.exe: The parameter is incorrect."

Hello,
I've been looking for hours to find why this compile error is occurring. Here is the Error on a Teensy 4.1.

No matter what the *.ino, this error occurs, even with the simple blink_slow.ino and blink_fast.ino, so this is independent of code. I recently upgraded to a win11 system and this started happening. I can boot up the Win10 system and this error does not happen. I believe I have "something" installed incorrectly or not at all, but need a direction to get this solved. It's probably something embarrassingly simple (I hope...).

Might help/Solve to UNINSTALL the Teensy package and then re-install.

Using IDE 2 for ESP and IDE 1 for Teensy here.
Did the above reInstall on IDE 2 and still got some VAGUE error about a missing executable?
In the end it was "Uninstall from IDE 2" and then "Install from IDE 1" that took it back to working. That solution doesn't apply to Teensy.

Why it went to failure is not known. But in the case of ESP both IDE 1&2 used the same installation location.

Well, to make a long story short: That worked.

Uninstalled Teensy 1.62
Deleted any file in Adruino15 Directory that remained with "Teensy" (there were maybe half a dozen)
Reinstalled Teensy 1.62

Works with the Blink.ino tests. I'll try to more complicated ones later.

Thanks.

From what I remember about the first Teensy 1.62 installation attempt, my virus/firewall (Comodo) kept interrupting the installation process by requested permission to proceed. As installation progressed, I checked every request as "treat like an installer"; however, maybe there were problems. This morning, Teensy 1.62 was uninstalled, then reinstalled without Comodo interruption. The compile error was gone after the second, uninterrupted installation.
