Did I fry my Teensy 4.1

I tried connecting the my power source (5V) to the 5V in pin on the Teensy.
I did not properly cut the pads connecting the usb power to the rest of the mcu, now I cannot connect to the teensy at all. I did not see or smell any smoke or signs that I fry it.
Is there a way to fix it?
Also, When I supplied the power through the pins without the usb, the 3.3V pin stopped working, maybe that killed it?

I genuinely don't know what happened.

This is the power source I'm using. I was using the 5V port

Is the 3V3 present when you power the Teensy over USB only?

Paul
i fully cut the pad, so i cant get it to work over usb, but when i connect it to the 5v pin, i dont have enough voltage to light an led on (i dont have a multimeter, but 3v should be enough to light an led)

on of these chips get extremely hot so quick though. I cannot figure out which one, but i think its the small square one on the bottom left

That's the 3V regulator. If it's getting hot it might be an indication that there is a short somewhere. I suggest looking for errant solder spikes on your connections which might be pulling the 3V down.

i removed it from the breadboard and check my soldering, and i cannot find any shorts. The website wont let me upload the image so here is a link to it

(bad solder job i know, i just learnt how to solder recently but no shorts)
