All the voltages that I check on my teensy 4.0 and my audio shield read double. The 5v and 3v on my teensy 4.0 read 10v and 6v respectively. On my shield the 3.3v reads 6.6v
I have mounted and soldered the boards together. I connect the teensy board to my computer via a USB cable. The lights on the board all work, no smoke and no messages when I program. I can compile and run the "blinking LED" tutorial without a problem. Except for the odd voltage readings everything seems a fine.
Connections that I've made. See attached
On the teensy board, pins 0 and 1 are going to a non-energized location. An old rotary analog telephone. Wedding Guest Book project. Two ground wires, ends of both of those connections, are both going to the GND pin. Two wires from the mouthpiece of the headset are going to the mic and gnd on the shield. Those are the only connections.
Do I worry about it?
No harm, no foul?
