DYI Teensy 4.1 Thermal Issue

Guys,

We have a DIY Teensy 4.1 that we have produced that is in the m.2 form factor and we are seeing thermal issues. One of the parts in question is L1, Does anyone know what exactly that part is?

That post reply mentions L1, but it is in reference to the example schematic provided in a previous reply about a regulator to protect a Teensy from unstable power sources. The question here is asking about L1 on the actual Teensy4.1 boards. I also would like to know. Have tried a few different options of 4.7uH inductors but all make the board run a bit hotter than when using one pulled from a Teensy.
