Favorite Lead-Free Solder paste?

I'm getting into reflow soldering. Are there favorite brands of SAC or other lead free solder pastes?

Well chipquik SMD2915NL10 comes in a convenient syringe and is no-clean.

I use chipquilk stuff here exclusively.
Both the regular and low temp stuff is fabulous, and the flux is very easy to remove unlike a lot of competitor's offerings.
Basically I use the entire product line for SMD.
As for thruhole, I use MG chem's SN99.

Just curious: how viscous is that paste in practice? Do you need a lot of force to press the paste through the red needle?

Never use it to be honest. Instead I use stainless steel stencils and stainless steel squeegee.
