How to Serial Monitor without board connected?

I would like, for code learning/testing purposes, to be able to print and see results without Teensy board connected. Is it possible?
 
So you are looking for a Teensy simulator with serial monitor output?
Perhaps this will work for you: WOKWI
It's very basic but it may suit you for learning/testing.
