Micro SD Card Holder and Vibrations

Will it still hold the SD card when upside down and traveling on a truck? I've been putting glue on the outside to hold the SD card in place but wondering if that's unnecessary.
 
I have problems with SD and even SIM cards on railway machines. Conditions are probably worse than on a truck, but you need only one severe bump to have data corruption.
 
Thanks for the info. I don't have the Teensies running during travel. It's just transportation of art sculptures.
