Need some advice on a voice changer

Been requiested to build a cos play but need some advice on where to start.
This is for a friday night at freddies situation. I have been reading a few threads on voice changers but still a little stuck on what is going to be the best way to approach it.
Here is a sample of the voice I need to replicate:

Doing a fair bit of googling I have no idea what effects to apply in what order. I suspect that there will be granulation, delays and some sort of revervb based on this:

Any thoughts and ideas will be much appreciated.
 
That is where I started. I have done a little experimenting with the vader voice changer code adn found that simply adjusting the granular set speed and delay before going into the first mixer gets me close.
 
You might try amplitude modulation in the audio frequency range, using a square wave. Then either a chorus or a _very_ short delay (1-2ms) with low repeat.
