Phase Value to Set Sine Output to 1

Hi, I’m working on an audio project where I’d like to use the sine oscillator as a tremolo modulation source alongside the multiply object. When I turn off the modulation I need this to rest at a static value of 1, for full volume no tremolo. To accomplish this I’m thinking I’ll set the frequency to zero, and then set the phase value such that the oscillator sits at the point in the cycle where the output is 1.

What phase value do I need to set for the oscillator to accomplish this?

Could add a mixer, with the sine oscillator on one input, & a DC object at 1.0 on a second input. Software could then switch between the two inputs whenever tremolo is enabled/disabled. You could also make use of the added benefit of being able to adjust the level of tremolo modulation by adjusting level(s) in the mixer.
