Rats Nest in Audio System Design Tool (layout helper??)

Hello!
It has been a while, and I am pulling out a project from my repo with 500+ lines of Audio components (including connections) defined.
Alas, the layout information has been lost. I can import it into the design tool, but it all drops onto the page in one massive blob.

Just wondering, has anyone used a JavaScript diagramming library with this to do some kind of auto-layout?
Something like what I get in a UML reverse engineering tool, or Diptrace.

Something to check that might be of help: in the development of my TeensyMIDIPolySynth (TMPS), I found that sometimes I would get the same "single massive blob" when loading my audio descriptions back into the design tool. In my particular case, it was because I had hand-edited some of the inter-connects, & I had failed to make sure that all of the connection numbers were unique. You might try editing out selective sections of your inter-connects to see if you can narrow it down to a particular offending line.
