Hey all
Been a while since I tinkered with all things Teensy.
I have a project for a local theatre which is going to require quite a few RGBW leds.
The amount of options now for Leds is insane... you can't see the woods for the trees.
I am guessing that for my purposes, 12v will be fine. None of the runs are over 5m (otherwise 24v might have been better). Plus that keeps the PSU costs lower.
Will the OctoWS2811 Adapter be OK for driving RGBW from a 4.1? I am guessing so.
On the code front, I imagine a non-blocking library is the best option. I'll have to see if there is one that caters for RGBW.
If I am driving this off a Teensy 4.1, which type of addressable leds do you guys recommend? WS2811/WS2812 is RGB only I think.
