Run-time non-volatile read and write to flash or SD card

Hello all,
I read that the LittleFS library can perhaps do what I want to do.
The Teensy 4.1 seems like a perfect platform, whether we use the soldered on Flash or an SD card.
The problem is I am not a coder and need help with this project.
Speed is a concern, and 32-bit A/D reads are taking place at a rate of 7 Hz.
It involves two programs:
1-Calibrate
2-Run
I can explain further if you have any comments or know someone that could help me out.
