SdInfo and bench examples crash when inserting a different SD card

These example programs crash when inserting an SD card (or a different SD card). Note that no CrashReport prints.

First way to reproduce:
1. Start program without an SD card
2. Insert an SD card

Second way:
1. Start program with an SD card
2. Take out SD card
3. Insert a different SD card

Does the SdFat library even support hot swapping?

SdFat definitely does not support hot swap.

It might work if you detect card removal and call begin() again. Maybe.
