Second USB port as main interface to PC

On a 4.1, I want to use the second USB port as the main interface to the PC, still as a device, not host.
I need to use a better connector than the micro USB. So I need to move the Serial and SerialUSBx devices to it.
Main USB port will not be available to the user. Software download will only append once during assembly. Or maybe when I will add some new features.

Is there a library to use the second USB port as a device port ???
Is the main USB stack configurable to use the second port ???
