Seeking Arduino/Teensy Expert to Help Build and Program Custom Project (Paid)

I'm a looking for someone who can help me start and develop my own arduino teencey project. I already have the parts the idea and vision of how its supposed to look and function once its assembled and programmed but I need someone who has the actual know-how to assemble and program it for me. I'm willing to financially compensate anyone who is willing to undertake this task in helping me to complete a finished prototype. Not that I'd have time either way but generally if someone tells me "I don't know the details of how to build something but I've picked the parts that should be used" then I run a mile.

Sure thing. I purchased 4 DC motors an arduino teencey, 2 motor controls, and a mpu 50 60 sensor and was collaborating with someone to assemble a prototype device that was capable of independent three dimensional motion -without the use of a remote controlled device- preferably through tight areas that a human being normally cannot access like a water pipe or hard to reach area. The reason why I want it to be independent of a human controller is that given the surroundings it finds itself navigating through- a water filled pipe a remote crevice or tunnel in a natural or manmade structure- it might not be able to receive instruction due to poor signal due to environmental conditions or distance. It doesn't have wheels. It has motors and blades and is capable of three dimensional movement. Would you like to schedule a call so my son and you can talk over the details?
