I see that the Teensy 3.1 digital inputs are 5v tolerant. I'd like to understand that a bit more.
If the sink current is limited to <5mA or so, at what point does the actual voltage become an issue? Example: 15 VDC limited to 5mA into a digital input pin.
Is the limitation on both the voltage and current, or just the current sink?
