Teensy 4.0 integration to PCB

Hi, I am currently working on a project, and Teensy 4.0 has been an integral part of the project. The project is close to completion, and now I would like to integrate Teensy 4.0 with the circuit. Currently, Teensy 4.0 is mounted on to the circuit. I am grateful that the Teensy 4.0 schematic is provided, and I understand Teensy 4.0 schematic but I am not entirely sure how to upload firmware. Can you please guide me?

Is this solder/socket a T_4.0 to the PCB? Or adding the raw components to the PCB to emulate a T_4.0?

Seems like it is the use of a production T_4.0? If so then it is USB programmable with the Arduino Installation - which is also the case with a DIY build using the bootloader chip.
