Teensy 4.1 With 2 Microphones and Output

As the title suggests I want to use a teensy 4.1 to take the input of two microphones simultaneously and send it to an audio output (not mqs because the quality is too bad) I was wondering what the best way to do this was?

Either use I2S MEMS microphones or you'll need a couple of microphone preamps...
