Teensy 4.1 With 2 Microphones and Output

As the title suggests I want to use a teensy 4.1 to take the input of two microphones simultaneously and send it to an audio output (not mqs because the quality is too bad) I was wondering what the best way to do this was?

A codec like the WM8960 would do that. Use the teensy to configure it. Sparkfun had some breakout boards, but appear to be out of stock ATM.
