teensy-LC Sample playback and gain block

Hello, fine folks.

I've been messing around with a Teensy-LC with an Audio Shield, and it's pretty neat. I've got a simple piezo triggered kick drum project going, and I found it convenient to have a sample playback class that could generate stereo, with optional phase inversion. This lets me get push-pull output from the DAC for differential output.

While doing this I found the AudioAmplifier object was broken for KINETISL processors, so I fixed the part I was using.

I put pull requests in to Paul's github repo, and the code can be tried out from my fork at https://github.com/timnbraun/Audio

The mixer.cpp file gets three lines changed :
