Teensy MicroMod - Define general pin names

I would like to update the Teensy Arduino core to include defines for the MicroMod's general use pin names:

PWM0 - Teensy pin 3
PWM1 - Teensy pin 2
G0 - Teensy pin 40
G1 - Teensy pin 41
G2 - Teensy pin 42
G3 - Teensy pin 43
G4 - Teensy pin 44
G5 - Teensy pin 45
G6 - Teensy pin 6
G7 - Teensy pin 9
G8 - Teensy pin 26
G9 - Teensy pin 32
G10 - Teensy pin 33
G11 - Teensy pin 27

However, I wasn't sure of the best place to declare the defines:

You can find a lot of it by searching that thread for namespace.

One way to do it is the way that @Luni setup in his github project/file: https://github.com/luni64/TeensyHelpers/blob/master/src/MicroMod/MicroModT4.h

Just add a header (*.h) file to your projects. No need to add this to the core - where it will not survive updates.
